Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every transfer and day-trip service provided by Chiwash. By requesting a booking you accept them — they are intentionally short and human-readable.
1. Booking request & confirmation
A request made through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your transfer is confirmed only when the Chiwash team confirms availability with you by WhatsApp or email. No payment is required at request time.
2. Prices & payment
Prices shown on the website are fixed, per vehicle, and include fuel, tolls and luggage unless stated otherwise. Payment is made to the driver at the end of the journey in cash (EUR or MAD) unless another method is agreed with the team in advance.
3. Waiting time
Airport pickups include free waiting time for flight delays and baggage claim. For other pickups, a reasonable grace period of 15 minutes applies; beyond that, the driver may ask to reschedule or apply a waiting fee agreed with you first.
4. Routes & stops
The price covers the direct route for the booked journey. Extra stops requested during the trip may incur a supplement, always agreed before the detour.
5. Child seats & responsibility
Child seats are provided free on request — please tell us the age of each child when booking. Parents remain responsible for securing their children correctly in the seats provided.
6. Conduct & damage
Drivers may refuse to continue a journey where passengers behave in a way that endangers the vehicle or people. Damage caused inside the vehicle may be charged at repair cost.
7. Liability
Chiwash carries vehicle insurance as required by Moroccan law. Our liability for delays outside our control (traffic, road closures, extreme weather, force majeure) is limited to reorganizing or refunding the affected transfer.
