Cancellation Policy
Simple and fair: plans change on the road, and we'd rather rebook you than charge you.
Free cancellation — up to 24 hours before pickup
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing contact@chiwashsurftaghazout.com. No fees, no questions asked.
Less than 24 hours before pickup
For cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, we may charge a small fee if a vehicle and driver have already been reserved exclusively for you — normally 50% of the fare, at the team's discretion.
No-show
If the driver cannot reach you at the pickup point after reasonable attempts (including WhatsApp and a phone call) within the waiting-time window, the ride may be treated as a no-show and the fare charged.
Flight delays & cancellations
Delayed flight? Your transfer moves with your flight at no extra cost when a flight number was provided. If your flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as you know — the transfer will be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge.
Weather & road conditions
For safety, we may adjust routes, timings or destinations when weather or road conditions make the original plan unsafe (e.g. snow passes or flooded roads). We always agree an alternative with you first; if no alternative works, the affected service is refunded in full.
