Booking Policy
How a booking request becomes a confirmed transfer — step by step, no surprises.
1. Request
Fill the booking form or message us on WhatsApp. You'll receive a booking reference immediately. This is a request only — no payment is taken and no card details are ever collected on this website.
2. Confirmation
Our team confirms availability by WhatsApp or email, normally within a few hours (fastest 07:00–22:00 Moroccan time). Once confirmed, your driver's name and phone number are shared before the journey.
3. Deposit
For standard transfers no deposit is required. For long-distance or multi-day commitments the team may propose a small deposit via a agreed method — always optional to accept as an alternative arrangement.
4. Payment
Payment is completed at the end of the journey directly with the driver: cash in euros or Moroccan dirhams, or another method agreed in advance. Prices are fixed — the amount quoted is the amount paid.
5. Changes
Need a different time, address or date? Message us as early as you can — changes are free whenever the schedule allows it.
6. Equipment
Surfboards, board bags, strollers and additional luggage travel free on vans. Tell us what you're bringing so we assign a vehicle with enough space. Child seats are free on request.
